Airport FBO on Firm Footing

Ottawa , Ontario , November 23, 2005 - Pouring of the concrete footings for the FBO building foundation started today.

“It’s full speed ahead,’” said Bruce Baird owner of Baird Construction Ltd. “We’ll finish pouring the concrete today and have it covered over well ahead the winter cut-off.”

Delivery of the prefab metal components for the two-storey office building and the 6,000 sq. ft. hangar is expected in March with completion slated for May, 2006.

Upon completion in early 2006, the FBO will serve the general aviation community and high-profile executives, government, sports, and entertainment travelers.
